He made it to the end in what chef Gordon Ramsay called the closest finish in "Hell's Kitchen" history. But in the end, Farmington Country Club chef Kevin Cottle stopped short of winning the reality competition Tuesday. The 35 year old chef, identified as being from "Middleton, Ct" came in second to Dave Levey, 32, the chef who battled back from a wrist injury to win the ultimate prize -- being chief chef at Araxi restaurant in Whistler, B.C.
