Malacanang announced the other day that President Arroyo is going t o London on official business . Aware of the flack that they got over that $20,000 meal in Le Cirque and the $15,000 meal in Bobby Van’s Steakhouse, palace trip planners are being extra careful about where Arroyo eats in London.
